Terms of Warranty

The warranty period is usually one year against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, and damage caused by improper use of the equipment. All claims will be investigated and subject to Seller’s approval.
Prices
All our prices are nett, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery services
Delivery for goods purchased is at minimum $30 per trip, unless otherwise stated, and delivered within Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
Payment Processing

Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
In the event of delay in delivery of the item/s, no cancellation either partially or the whole purchase order is allowed.
Confirmation of Orders
A deposit is required for confirmation of indent orders. No deposit is refunded if the contract is not fulfilled by the customer.
Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Any discrepancy must be made in writing within 7 days from receipt of the item/s.
